Trust in the Lord
Steve tells the story of the Israelites sending the 12 spies into the Promised Land but only two of them (Caleb and Joshua) trusted God, so the whole nation spent the next 38 years wandering in the desert before coming back to the Jordan, across from Jericho. Now they are ready to trust God and enter the land. Are you prepared to trust God?
Follow Christ #1
Following Christ may be a costly commitment but we are called to have the mindset of Christ and to walk closely with Him instead of following Him from afar. The great thing is that we don’t have to do this all by ourselves – we have the Holy Spirit indwelling us and leading us!

Steve takes another look at loving God; this time comparing the dictionary meaning of love with the Biblical meaning (1 Cor 13) and also looking at the joy that is ours as we Love God.

In the second of our “Vision” messages we look at God’s love for us, to us and through us – touching on Rules v. Relationships and walking humbly with God. We look too at the implications found in Eph 4:17-5:2 that relate to Jesus’ statement that we should “Love one another” .
