Outback Connect is a proactive program to support people across the West using “community care”. Community-led care is everyday people taking responsibility for everyday people, individuals providing a listening ear to assist people where they are at.
The goal is to be able to provide regular points of relational connection for people in isolated situations. This is primarily done by a team of suitable everyday people who have been trained to support people through listening and asking good questions. Another point of connection, and to raise awareness about this program, we will be running regular “Paddock Walk” days which provide integrated support of people in the area from an agricultural, business and emotional perspective.
We also work closely with other groups and agencies to be able to connect the people we are journey with to any help and support they need.
If you would like one of our team to touch base with you for a chat, please call 07 4658 3865 or email email@example.com
